  Appears to have been recently refurbished to a good standard. Rooms good with excellent housekeeping. Would definitely recommend but would point out the following :- 1-there is no car parking, 2-rooms facing inland below floor 5 face a white wall (ie no view), and 3- several items are chargeable (sunbeds, iron, safe, etc).

  Was slightly confused as there didn't appear to be a real bed. Just flat single sofas to sleep on. As soon as I got there I rearranged the room to make a double bed, which made the room look far bigger and more livable. Once I'd got over that the rooms were quite nice. Amazing shower. Only an hour free WiFi a day which is pretty shocking and saw a sign up on reception saying you could hire irons/ironing boards, etc at quite an expensive rate, usually you can just ask for these and use them for free. I thought that was a bit cheap. Balcony view was very poor. So much so that I avoided using it. But I had expected that as I knew it wasn't a sea view. Also, you have to pay for sun loungers, which is usually free to hotel guests in every other place I've stayed. The restaurant was really tasty and very cheap. Staff were nice, restaurant staff in particular. Place was clean and looked good. Location was amazing. I would probably stay again, as it was incredibly cheap and suitable for me. I did love the room once I had rearranged it.

  Our third trip here- always a good experience here. Basic facilities as self-catering aptmnts, but with the bonus of hotel amenities and staff too. Recently refurbished, the surroundings are clean, comfortable and affordable. Staff are friendly and helpful- restaurant/bar downstairs and pool and sea within easy reach. Great sea views and spectacular sunsets from the balcony (ask for sea view aptmnt)

  Poor service due to the room we booked was not available until the following day. Had to stay in another apartment for 1 night. This happened to at least 10 other couples we spoke to. Some of them had to stay in alternative rooms for 2 nights. This is not good enough. We have always booked our holidays with jet 2 and in the 13 years we've used them we have never had any problems with any of the hotels/apartments. Obviously overbooked. Ruined the start of our holiday. Will never stay in a Globales hotel again. Sad because when we did get our room it was lovely. Brilliant view.Cleaned every day. But the management and some of the reception staff leave a lot to be desired.

  Arrived on a Saturday afternoon, we had booked a sea view balcony room, we checked-in at a very busy reception, we were told we had room 14 and when we got to the room it smelt of cigarette smoke, the so called ‘sea view’ was was rather hedges, other guests sun bathing outside our very small patio area and the children’s play area.

  We went to the reception and complained but got told they didn’t have any more rooms that night, the next day we went up again and were turned away for the same reason. The room itself was nice although the twin bed which had to be pushed together to make a double bed for my partner and I kept parting during the night and the springs dug into sides. The only plus was the air conditioning was very good, doubt we will stay here again.
